Booking & Cancellation Policy

Every appointment at Nails Mastered is reserved especially for you.

As a small, independent nail studio, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

A small deposit may be requested from new clients to secure their booking. This will be deducted from the cost of their treatment.

If a deposit has been taken, cancellations  made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the deposit being retained, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Of course, I understand that unexpected things happen, and I'll always do my best to be fair and understanding.
